Late check-outs are not permitted and will be charged at a rate of $50 per hour past 11:00 AM. Late check-ins past 8:00 PM will be charged at a rate of $50 per hour if physical presence is necessary. Excessive use without showering may result in a $100 fee to drain and refill the hot tub and a $2000 fee to drain and refill the pool. Use of the pool and hot tub is at your own risk. Maintenance may be called for user error with a $25 fee ($50 after hours). Hot tub covers are for insulation and not for standing or climbing on. Please leave the hot tub cover on and locked when not in use. Do not dive into the pool or hot tub. Owners/Managers are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occur on the premises unless due to negligence or willful misconduct by the owner/manager.
