The master bedroom offers a king-size bed, TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a modern shower. The second bedroom includes a queen bed and ample storage space, while the third bedroom features two single beds, a desk, and ample storage space. The living room, filled with natural light and plenty of seating, is perfect for movie nights and flows seamlessly into the dining area.
Pets are welcome with a $150 fee per pet. Street parking is available in the designated area in front of the home. We offer concierge services to our guests, including boat rentals, chef services, and massages. Housekeeping is available during your stay upon request and at your cost. We reserve the right to assess fines for excessive cleaning, trash removal, and property damage.

Check-in is after 4 PM and check-out is before 11 AM, with early and late options available upon inquiry. A check-in procedure for security and fraud prevention will be conducted. The property has a strict no-smoking policy and low noise levels are required post 10 PM. Parties and large gatherings are prohibited. Surveillance cameras monitor the property's exterior for added security. The property has a groundskeeper who may access the pool for service, landscaping, and other upkeep needs for exterior grounds. Regular pest control is in place to maintain the tropical conditions and local wildlife. Book for the exact number of guests; no additional guests without approval. Subletting is not permitted.
