Fillmore Gardens Apartments

There are always tons of cop cars outside, a few times they had flashlights out walking through the buildings looking for someone, there are non working cars in guest parking spots so residents with multiple cars have to park on the side of the road. A couple people on the management team are rude, and hang up on residents. Lisa is really good with responding to emails, I emailed about an issue and someone was out that same day to fix it, but the other people are very rude.

I live in one of its partner buildings called Garden Apartments and it has been a terrible experience. Don't give me wrong I'm grateful to have a roof over my head but there's constant maintenance problems and it's trashy. Stay away

The reasons for renting an apartment seem much more… sensible:

1. Toilet breaks? Call a guy to fix it – for free
2. No lawn to maintain
3. No property taxes to pay
4. You can move anytime without worrying about selling it
5. You can go on vacation without too much worry about pipes/vandals/etc.
