If you don’t like Roaches and Mice stay away. They own 3-4 different apartment complexes and every one of them have roaches and mice. How do I know ? I had family that stayed in each one and I stayed in one. I stayed there for about three years. I had to get a new stove and that’s when I seen the roaches. I have been living here for 3yrs and year after year it has gotten worse and worse. The spacious apartment with the inexpensive rent lured me in but now I can't wait to leave. I'm not sure how they managed to get these HUGE NY rats here but you can hear them squeaking and running around at night and occasionally see a dead one in the hallway. The elevators are the worst. It seems like every week someone is stuck and they need to fix. I've had ongoing issues with my AC and all they're doing is... giving me false promises and ignoring my calls.
