I love my new apartment in Pines Groves. It is a very quiet community and the staff who work here are super nice, Frances and Alfredo are very helpful and professional. Thanks for everything.

Experiencing repeated leaks in my first-floor apartment during rainfall due to downspouts channeling water next to the foundation. Despite multiple notifications with accompanying visuals, there has been no response or action from the management. The resulting flooding has caused extensive damage to the flooring, baseboards, and walls, fostering mold growth.
While I appreciate aspects of this complex, the lack of communication and resolution for this crucial issue is disheartening. No one... should have to live with water flooding their home every time it rains. Urgent attention from management is necessary to ensure residents' well-being. A swift and effective solution would be highly valued.

The secretaries are rude, they charge you for pest control and there's no such thing. The clean the hallways and stairs every two months, everything is dirty.
They are always threatening with fines.

I was one of the first residents in this apartment complex in 2020. Around 6 months ago, they changed ownership and everything took a turn for the worse. Kids everywhere, people yelling and fighting at all hours of the night, garbage EVERYWHERE. No one follows the rules. People let their dogs poop everywhere and don't pick it up. The final straw was the other night when I saw a huge ROACH in my apartment. I had never seen a roach before in my life. I'm out of here and never looking back.

Lived there for over a year, little kids are always running on the hall ways at all time, (very late at night), trash cans are always full and garbage all over the place. Hallways and stairs are always gross and disgustingly dirty with food all over the place , dogs pop are constantly found on the hallways. Not a safe environment raise your kids, specially if you’re a single mom. Nobody ever answers in the office, new management is very incompetent and the rent was increase for over $400 in a... place that is not worth paying what they charge for.
