The space
Sheppard House Unit 1 has a kitchenette with a double burner, microwave and refrigerator. All that you need for a stay at home meal. As you walk out of the kitchen you will find a quaint dining table for 2 beside a large window. Continue into the living room with a queen size fold out sleeper sofa. Down the hall you will find a bathroom on the left and a bedroom with a full size bed and closet on the right. At the end of the hall there is a locked door, it connects to Unit 2 rented and used as an art, antique and souvenir, misc items for sale.
+there is also a camper and RV rental space on the property beside Unit 1
Guest access
You will be able to access Unit 1, living room, kitchenette, mini kitchen, bathroom and bedroom.

+Unit 2 shop is open 5-6 days a week. The owner also lives in the unit.
+ At Sun Retreats Homosassa River, 1.1 mile away just off W. Fishbowl Dr., they have a laundry mat and ice machine.
This home is available for a snowbird for 4-5 months in the winter. Roughly November to March. Or long term 1 year contract.
$1400 includes utilities, internet and periodic garbage pick up. 1 vehicle outdoor parking space, and golf cart friendly neighborhood. Walking distance to local shops and restaurants.
