Beach towels, a beach wagon, beach chairs, boogie boards, and sand toys are provided for your use. The living room features ample seating, a smart TV with Roku, board games, and Jenga. The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed with a luxury mattress and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and two sinks. Toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a hair dryer are provided. Two additional bedrooms each have queen beds, and the fourth bedroom has two twin beds. A washer and dryer are conveniently located on the upper floor with the bedrooms.

A 3.9% processing fee on refunds is non-refundable. A pet fee of $100 applies per reservation for up to 2 pets; bringing a pet without prior notification incurs an additional $100 fee, and cats are not allowed. Primary guest must be 21+, with an adult over 21 present during the stay. No food or drink in bedrooms (closed water bottles allowed); extra cleaning fees for stains. Dispose of all trash in outside bins before departure. Report any damages within 24 hours of occurrence or immediately upon arrival.
