Absolutely no parties will be tolerated; if guests throw a party, trash and/or damage the unit, disrespect the property, or hold a gathering with additional guests not reported in the initial booking, a $200 fine will be enforced. Pets are not allowed unless approved beforehand, and non-compliance will result in a $500 fine per unauthorized pet.
