A $40 fee per unlogged guest will be charged. This is a non-smoking rental complex, and any infringement will result in a $200 fine. Absolutely no parties will be tolerated; if guests throw a party, trash and/or damage the unit, disrespect the property, or hold a gathering with additional guests not reported in the initial booking, a $200 fine will be enforced. Pets are not allowed unless approved beforehand, and non-compliance will result in a $500 fine per unauthorized pet. An additional cleaning fee of $100 will be charged if the housekeeping crew notices an unreasonable mess after checkout. Guests agree to allow rental complex staff to enter the unit every two months to change the air filter or perform other tasks as needed.
