Phenomenal location, great amenities, and a professional and personable staff have set 5 Thousand Town apart. From the rooftop lounge overlooking the Town Center, to the billiards and card parlor opening into the pool and grill area, great spacious layouts continue into the apartments. Timely and very professional maintenance staff enhance the 5tt experience.

Gina, the leasing agent, was a remarkable young lady who was knowledgable and very enthusiastic about supporting your needs in searching for a phenomenal apartment at 5 Thousand Town.
The amenities are what really tipped the scale for me, and the apartments are extremely spacious and well laid out.
The proximity to St. John's Town Center is a fabulous plus lending a shopping experience at the food of your front door step.
Stop in and find yourself moving in shortly there after.

It's nice place to live to get started in Jax. Decent location, situated at an outdoor mall, can walk to a few bars and restaurants. 15 mins from the beaches and 15 from downtown. Apartments have upscale finishes. Amenities are nice when you are "allowed" to use them.

Solid concrete construction provides insulation and privacy. It's almost like living in a house, but with none of the maintenance. This smoke-free complex is conveniently located in upscale St. John's Town Center.
These apartments look like condos, with granite countertops, large closets, stainless steel appliances, and resort style pool.Comfortable, clean and well-maintained common areas, including a roof top lounge area, complete the package.
