ARIUM Seaglass at Ponte Vedra Beach

I have lived here for 4 years now and I love it! The new management is great and are making amazing upgrades to the community.

If you are thinking of renting an apartment at Seaglass, you should know that your rent will continue to increase every year, so plan ahead. I have lived at Seaglass for 2 years. My rent has increased each time. I could understand if the rent increased 50 to 75 dollars each year, but this is not the case. In the two years that I have lived at Seaglass, I have seen so many people move in and out. The rent increases are substantial and this is why people continue to leave. If you decide to move… into Seaglass, just plan ahead, because your rent will increase close to $200 a month. If you are looking to rent an apartment for a short term, Seaglass may be a good fit for you. If you are looking to lay down your roots and rent an apartment longer than 2 years, I would look somewhere else because the rents are high and the rent increases at Seaglass are substantial. The office staff at Seaglass are very efficient in managing the property. It is a good place to live. The ongoing rent increases are probably dictated by the property owner. I understand that the great staff has a job to do. I personally feel that if Seaglass focused on retaining good renters, and didn't have such substantial rent increases, Seaglass would not have the turnaround it currently has. I had a great experience from the beginning. They were accommodating as I was moving from out of state for a new job here and my move happened within a week. My apartment was clean, updated and large, the neighborhood is safe, the office staff are more than willing to help with any and all questions. The pool is beautiful, the grounds are well kept.
