We love Verona

It has been an absolute pleasure living at Verona Palms. The location is incredibly convenient—it’s about 20 minutes from just about everything in Jacksonville, with easy access to the highways, downtown, and the beaches.

The staff has been outstanding throughout my time here. They are professional, responsive, and genuinely care about providing a clean, safe, and welcoming community for their residents. Their willingness to work with you and address any concerns has made my experience even… better.

I highly recommend Verona Palms to anyone looking for a great place to call home in Jacksonville!

Perfect location & apartment

I love living here! This was my first apartment and I've lived here for over a year and haven't had any problems. The ladies in the office are so nice and maintenance is great, always respond fast to my couple work orders. I live in a studio in building 7 right by the new dog park & pool and my days off from work and school I usually have it all to myself. Super close to UNF and town Center which is nice for me. Thank you for everything, Verona Palms!

Love it here

I have been living here for almost two years, the experience has been great so far. The staff here is also great and friendly. When even I have contacted the office staff they were quick to address the problem. I am very pleased with the way they take care of the property ensuring that it’s clean and safe.

Looking good

We have lived here for 6 years, it's a totally different complex with a whole new feel. They did a lot of projects like roofing and painting and new pool so it was noisy for a little while but now it's all done. I am happy to drive home where it is pretty and peaceful.

Poor management due to corporate wannabes, tear down screened porches, maintenance takes forever, live somewhere else.
