Excellent except for the neighbor across the street that shouts vicious slurs while on the phone outside or using their’ car’s phone, and the landscapers that hide behind our unit while running the weed whackers without even using them to stall for more pay.

Nice apartments, pretty lakes, maintenance is usually quick. The grass is usually a bit too long, it should either be cut shorter or more often. My dog got fleas from the grass and it’s almost impossible to get rid of them. A lot of people don’t clean up after their dogs either. There are Loop EV chargers, which are very convenient and not too expensive.

Bentley Green is overall a great community — it’s comfortable, well-located, and has a lot of potential. However, I’ve noticed a bit of a decrease in amenities and general care compared to before. While it’s still a good place to live, I do hope management puts more focus back into maintaining the level of quality and attention that originally made Bentley Green stand out.

Great location and friendly staff. Maintenance is quick to respond. A few noise issues, but overall a solid place to live. Clean property, helpful management, and convenient amenities—overall a comfortable and well-maintained place to call home.
