Worst place to rent, roach infested check the google reviews !
I rarely leave reviews, but my experience at Pine Meadows Apartments has been bad enough that people should be aware before considering moving here.
From my time living here, the overall environment has felt uncomfortable, tense, and at times intimidating rather than professional or welcoming. There is a constant sense of being watched and judged as a resident, which makes it difficult to feel at ease in your own home.
My interactions with management, specifically Cathryn, have been... particularly concerning. The approach and tone used often come across as unnecessarily aggressive and unprofessional. Instead of addressing concerns in a respectful and solution-focused way, interactions tend to leave you feeling singled out rather than supported.
Another major issue is the atmosphere in the front office. Staff appear hesitant and uncomfortable, which raises concerns about how the property is being managed internally. When even the office environment feels tense, it directly impacts the level of service residents receive.
Communication is inconsistent and often unhelpful. Simple questions or concerns can turn into frustrating experiences with little clarity or resolution. This lack of transparency only adds to the overall negative experience.
What’s most disappointing is that a place you pay to live in should provide a sense of security and comfort. Instead, this property creates the opposite experience.
I strongly encourage corporate to take a serious and immediate look into how this property is being managed, including leadership, communication practices, and overall treatment of residents. There is a clear pattern here that needs attention.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend living here.
