I give it four stars because it is a little older has no pool or fitness center but other the that this place is a diamond in the ruff. The price point is great. The neighbor is quiet and they do not tolerate loud obnoxious people with high traffic. Take that some where else if that's what your about. The units a nice and the maintenance department will take care of any issues immediately. The front office is run professionally and extremely kind and caring. There is plenty of parking and most... of the neighborhood is shaded so it stays cooler during the hot months. There is a new Aldi across the street in the shopping plaza and a nice Walmart right down the road.
This area of town is not over crowded but you are close to anything you may need within a couple miles. Over all it's a good deal with good people. Read More

Since I have lived here I have had a great experience. Everyone who works here is responsive and nice. Tonette is the best. Ask for her. The apartments are really nice and the neighborhood is fun, safe, and walkable. I am close to everything I need which is definitely a bonus.
