May want to avoid this place
Although I have never lived at Rivers End, a recent visit there was disturbing. The property and apartments were nice, but the rooms in each apartment were very small. What I discovered was that the property only gives residents three days to pay the rent. Most places give five days. If after the third day the rent has not been paid, they begin eviction proceedings. And they go through with the evictions and are unwilling to work with the tenant. I don't fault the property manager since she is... only doing what her boss wants. Who is following company policy. They don't give a 30 day notice, they want people out immediately. It's no wonder they have several apartments available at any one time. It's obvious that the people running the company don't care about others. They are only about the money. So beware. If you are foolish enough to rent there, don't go past three days to pay you rent. You may find yourself living in your car.
