Club at Danforth

My husband and I had to find a new apartment unexpectedly and this place really pulled through for us! A huge thank you to Kendall, Tiffany, and Holly for all their help. We’re so grateful to find such a nice apartment to call home.

Their new assistant manager, Tiffany, was very kind and helpful throughout my tour here! The landscaping is beautiful and the amenities are awesome! The apartment itself was very nice! I can’t wait to more here!! Thank you Tiffany!

Lived at these apartments for over a year and I only have good things to say. The staff is exceptional & apartment layouts are great! If I believed in renting over buying long term I would rent at Danforth forever. Thank you for all ya’ll do!

I went in to look at these apartments and decided to choose this apartment due to the cleanliness and affordability. When I spoke to the staff they were helpful and very nice.

My lease with the Club at Danforth ended October 31st, 2021. Following the end of my lease was a Conservice Utility Bill stating I was due to be refunded $237.01 of my $400.00 security deposit. My Georgia mailing address was provided prior to end of my lease so they knew where to mail the check. However, 30 days following the end of my lease I still had not received my refund to the Georgia address. After the new year I called the front desk to notify them that the check was never received to... the GA address. I also gave them my new Florida address hoping to finally receive the check in a more timely manner since it had now been well over two months since I moved out. I spoke to a young man who confirmed that check was apparently sent out but never cashed. (If the check was "sent out" but never cashed that obviously means a person did not receive it). During the phone call I provided him with my Florida address and patiently waited another few months. MONTHS! On April 18th, I visited the Club at Danforth and spoke with a young man. I told him what I just mentioned above and he assured me I would be taken care of. I again gave him the SAME Florida address. By May 6th, 2022 I had still HAD NOT received my deposit refund check. Remember, my lease ended October 31st, 2021. It was now May 6th, 2022. That is SIX WHOLE MONTHS of waiting on $237.01. On this day, for the third time in SIX months, I emailed Danforth staff to inform them of how I had not received the money they owed me. The manager emailed me confirming that she was aware of my having a new FL address that I had provided back in April. 14 days pass and still nothing. The day is now 20 May, 2022. I speak to J****** and the manager and she emails me after the phone conversation stating the check has been generated and was sent with tracking but I will probably receive the check before I get the tracking number...?
