Liers and Roaches and no accountability
The management changes every 30 days seems like it. They lie to you once they get your money. There’s roaches and ants!!
DONT COME HERE my family(4) was lied to about a transfer that was supposed to be in July and it’s December and they are still LYING & avoiding us.
They reply to reviews more than they reply to our emails and maintence request.
DONT WASTE YOUR TIME !

THIS PLACE IS A DUMP
DO NOT MOVE HERE. The pictures are full of LIES. Management turns around every 3 months. There is always an excuse as to why your orders didn't get addressed. If it's not an emergency in their eyes .. IT. WILL.NEVER. GET. DONE.. they close work orders without actually addressing the situation. When you ask why ... it's always "That person no longer works here."
HORRIBLE. DON'T DO IT. RUN!!!!!!!!!

run away from this place
I was told I need be patient because there is only one staff for maintenance after I submitted two requests and talked to the staff for three times. the first requested sent out 16 days ago.
also if you want to see trash bags floating on the water, this is the place to come. and everyone is charged $40 for trash fee...

Worst apartments ever
I have only lived here for a few months and have had nothing but problems. Do not move here if you expect to be shown any respect, they will not help you out or do what you need of them unless you basically harass them. Not lenient with rent at all or treat you like a human if emergencies arise.

Apartment reeks from weed smoking neighbors
If you want to live next to neighbors who smoke marijuana all day and night that makes your entire apartment smell disgusting than Crescent Ridge is the place for you. Apartment complex is run down and falling apartment. At least 4 property managers in the past 12 months. Maintenance completely ignores request. Worst apartment I ever lived in.
