Property review

This place is just ok kind to live …i faced many management issues.
The issues whatever we use to report use to take 1 month to get resolved or temporary solution they will offer or they use to give callous reply that they don’t have exact date to get repaired and at the end before leaving or vacating once our lease will get over ,they will charge additional charges.

Eg.there was bathroom clogging from past 4 months,we reported around 3 times and they did something which was not fully rectified... but while vacating premises we were charged additionally.

Pest control is horrible…they will come regularly to spray but will not be effective.

bad place to live

i have not had a good experience living here. has not met the expectation set by management when I moved in 3 years ago. other places I have lived in the past did a much better job at making sure the residents needs were addressed in a timely manner. ongoing maintenance issues and I will be breaking my lease to leave rather than stay here any longer

Best apartment complex ever!!

This apartment complex is one of the best I have ever lived in. From the office staff with Olivia and Jessica, to the maintenance crew. I highly suggest living here you won't be disappointed!!!

Best place to call home!!!

I have been here since since 2013, and so far this is the best management company we have.
All this time Andre is still here making sure we (the residents) are still here and to call this place home. He goes above and beyond his job to make sure things are done in a timely manner. My experience with Andre have been amazing since I have been here. He is extremely pleasant, professional, very kind and always helpful. And always have a resolution to your problem, and understanding. We are lucky for... Andre being in the leasing office. The BEST employee this company ever have!
