Great Apartment

I’ve had a great experience living here so far. The complex is well maintained, management is easy to communicate with, and my maintenance requests are always handled quickly. Overall, it’s been a comfortable and positive place to live, I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking in the area.

Happy we moved here! :)

My husband and I moved here about 6 months ago, and we have loved living here! Units are beautiful, maintenance team is great, staff is lovely, and the walking trails throughout the property are great especially if you have a pet. Both pools just got updated, so we are excited to try them out once it gets a little warmer :) The new weight and cardio rooms are also SO convenient.

Love it here!

I have lived at Monterey for about 2 years now and things have only progressively gotten better. They are doing a ton of renovations - I cant wait to see what comes next. The gyms are remodeled with brand new equipment. They have 2 fitness centers now. I love the new color on the buildings. Plus, everyone is so sweet in the office, I always feel at home when I go in there. Cant wait for the remodeled pools to open next month!!

Downhill and fast

Property is in need of Major repair. The potholes throughout are awful. They damage your car just to drive in and out . Cheap patches that are just bad and new ones pop up the following week. Asking way to much for Rent . Only 1 pool only 1 trash area - is on a well system I think . . I don’t recommend. Also Internet is always going out . So if your a remote worker . Good luck . 2 stars because the apartment itself is ok . Needs updated.

Hopefully, with some insight, your experience here will be a much better one. We have completed some major repairs… and renovations around the property including 2 new fitness centers, 2 pool remodels, and building updates. We will also be repaving the parking lot and roadways around the community hopefully within the next several weeks along with a remodel to the dog park as well. Change of ownership

The apartment was great at first, and then new people came into the complex and tried to do "renovations" that have continued for way too long and caused us so much distress. The walls are extremely thin, the entire complex is pothole ridden. Like driving on a gravel road. Don't do it.

We started the repairs here in January… 2022 by replacing roofs, pressure washing, replacing any rot or damaged siding, and then followed with new paint on all buildings. Next up, we will be installing new gutters around the property, completing 2 pool remodels, and office and amenity renovations. We will also be repaving the parking lot and roadways around the community. Due to the extent of work we appreciate your patience as we continue to better the community!
