Avoid at all costs
Stray dogs and stray cats, sinkholes that take months to fix, amenities always closed for maintenance that never ceases. Raising the rent but no updates to interior apartment amenities. Management sucks but the maintenance people try their best

We have lived here 3 years now and I have no intention of moving. The apartment is 1200 sq ft and it's just my husband and I and our puppy. 2 good sized bedrooms and 2 full baths. Our refrigerator went out a while back. Called the office and boom! New refrigerator. I love that it comes with a washer and dryer. No wasted space. It's just perfect for us. No one bothers us. Folks are polite and friendly. We just love it here. It's HOME!

Great place to live
If you are someone who don't read your lease cant keep up with payments and dont have adequate income then this place is not for you. Living hear is wonderful you are paying for a large amount of space ample storing a pool and gym to your accessibility and is pet friendly. They keep the area as clean as possible its quiet and the management is very kind and understanding and holds events that are free to residents. Living here is wonderful and I have been here for 2 years now and will stay here... till I hug a home. Most people in known have lived here for 3 years and then end up buying a home. It's a great place to live.

not what you're expecting
When I first moved into this apartment I thought is was going to be the best thing ever. The price was good and the apartments are big. However it is suppose to be a gated complex the gate is broken more than it works. The electric wiring is horrible.. If i turn off a light in one room the lights go off in another room. The walls are paper thin, and I can hear all conversations of people coming up the stairs from in my room. Parking is horrible, the people that are moving in are not the best... neighbors to have. Lastly since the new people moved in downstairs there are now roaches in my apartment.... READY to move! happy it will be in weeks!!!!
