EASIEST decision ever!!!

I moved to the Cue about a month ago and let me start in with what an amazing experience it has been thus far. Brittany was such a pleasant breath of fresh air to someone who was anxious to get the ball rolling and wanted to start the move asap. Brittany was there every step of the process from the tour , to the application process, to the approval process. She listened to my wants and desires of an ideal place to call home and she made me feel heard. She was informative, attentive, devoted,... and dedicated to getting me approved. In her warm & welcoming smile you could see she was definitely genuine and sincere to making her residents feel at home before they are even residents officially. This was the most welcoming environment ever to tour and to apply to. Other properties need to take notes from the CUE staff because they have it!!! The professionalism and attention to detail around here is exemplary. Very hospitable. The whole process seemed seamless as possible. Stress free. The grounds are not only smoke free but very well maintained. The other residents have been very friendly and helpful in getting me acclimated to the new place. This place is very family orientated. Our community is a whole vibe!!! The pools are their own resort style place of zen. Cook out. Watch the game on the screens. Lay out. Sun bathe. Relax. I haven't made it to the spin room or the cinema or gym but I look forward to checking them all out soon. There is a car wash on site and a doggie wash station. There is a package room. I am looking forward to the upcoming resident activities and food trucks as I was busy the past month getting all settled in. The days and nights here are quiet and peaceful. I feel safe and secure. Brittany is a true asset to the team in the office. She is the true definition of what customer service should look like. A lot of places are adding luxury to their apartment homes just because they changed a door knob. This place however is the absolute definition of LUXURY. I am grateful and blessed to be able to call the CUE my home. It is everything we anticipated and more. I love it here and highly recommend it to anyone looking. 5 stars!!!! They have made me confident in my decision that I picked the right place to call home. Thanks again for the smooth process.

Fantastic transition

I can’t say enough about Abi!! My husband and I moved here from Michigan a few weeks ago and she made our virtual transition seamless. She answered all our questions and made us feel right at home even before we moved in. Our daughter lives in Jacksonville and took a tour of the apt and Abi was just as sweet to her as she was to us. Overall, the complex is great and we feel right at home.
On the down side, the train! It’s loud and annoying especially since I work from home but it’s not all the...
time and we’ve already gotten used to it.

Isn't what it seems

Moved here for a new career. Not really knowing the area, I wanted to find a gated community where I'd feel somewhat safe. From their transition of being bought out I feel as though that this complex has gone down hill. It's a nice place at 1st but the apartments are very cheaply built. I found a hole in my floor under carpet. The walls on the island in my kitchen weren't flush which the countertop is unsync'd. My appliances came scratched and dented despite being new. The plumbing and calking... of the bathroom is terrible. Apart of moving here, joining a non-smoking community was very huge to me. When I come home late at times, I see people smoking on the premise. Mostly Marijuana because it smells terrible. I've had to call the cops a few times. I've had my packages stolen off my doorstep 5 times. Calling each time to ensure my the directions were to use their luxor system which that room is a mess! I've even contacted the front desk which closes early for people who work a typical 9-5, to please collect the package prior to it being stolen but was told they couldn't. Had new neighbors move in. It's like there's a T-Rex living upstairs and the people next to me keep their poor dog in its cage the whole day, so it howls the entire day. Why have a pet when you can't properly care for it? As you can see, it's been a frustrating experience here. I hope this review gives incite. When my lease is done, I'm gone.

Love the Cue!

I find the Cue to be quiet and quite peaceful place to live. I am on the third floor and an end unit ... I rarely hear my neighbors below me or beside me. Neighbors seen to be genuinely kind and considerate human beings.

The amenities are absolutely PHENOMENAL! There is a state-of-the-art workout facility with a spin room and a yoga/dance room. There are two pools and both are meticulously maintained. The community room/clubhouse area is on the second story of building one. You can get a cup...
of tea or a cup of coffee, but all the snacks, juices, Gatorade and sodas are gone... This I miss. Also, in the gym they used to have snacks ... those are all gone as well.

There is a BEAUTIFUL comfortable movie theater. You check it out & they give you the key. When I moved in it was stocked with popcorn barrels, lots of different snacks & drinks! Now, there are absolutely no snacks or drinks. I know it sounds petty.

As far as the office staff... there are two Abby's and two Heather's... all four are AMAZING kind and go above and beyond to help residents. My only interactions with maintenance has been positive. I believe to the core of my being that the office staff truly cares about the residents and our happinesses.

I read the review about not working from home and living here and how it's a noisy place... I have had quite the opposite experience and so have several of the neighbors I've met while living here. I believe the location in which you chose to rent matters ... so if your apartment is right off the parking lot, or next to the sidewalk you will hear some conversations ... but the higher up you are, the less you're going to hear. My experience is that it's been quite pleasant and quiet and many neighbors comment on how they don't hear anything. As far as the comment about kids screaming I've never heard that, occasionally I've heard children... it sounds like life to me, they are happy & playful!

As far as hearing dogs, you might occasionally hear a dog bark. To me the people who own pets here are very cognizant of having dogs that are well behaved.

I love living here and I would recommend it to others! To have my biggest complaint be that there are no longer snacks in the amenities goes to show what a beautiful job the new management is doing at keeping up with the property and the needs of the residents, thank you Heather, Abbi & Abby!

And we are delighted to inform you that, back by popular demand... we now stock the clubhouse coffee bar AND the movie theater with snacks! Thank you so... much for taking the time out of your day to write a review... it really means the world to us to hear that we are making Cue a pleasant place to live. Please let us know if there is ever anything we can do for you!

Working from home? Skip cue luxury.

Builders did not put two and two together. Sound travels through these tight hallways, I can hear my neighbors dogs walking above us . All day long, if their dogs play in the house it's stomping around.

I work from home and I am pretty sure I won't have a job by the end of my lease. If you work from home and need a quiet space this is not it.

Very few residents here are respectful.

People are extremely noisy, they let their kids stomp and sing/ scream in the hallway every single day....
Multiple times a day. They could be screaming 3 floors up and you'd hear them in the halls.

People slam doors, if i didn't try to sound proof around my door and windows with soundproofing weather tape, they would shake just from someone else shutting their door.

You can hear entire conversations going on in the parking lot out from of your window, and its usually really chatty women catching up, I can hear the wind outside, and car doors locking and unlocking, cars starting. It's a nightmare truly. The windows/walls are paper thin.

This place drives me crazy honestly.

I have never hated living in an apartment so much. Luxury must mean obnoxious.

Never again.

I sympathize with the new owners because it's not their faults, this place really had potential but was cheaply made.
