I love living here and just renewed my lease. It's quiet and my apartment is nice. Yes, the pools have been closed and yes, the fitness center has been closed. Hope they are open soon. I don't even want a gate - people are just going to follow people in.

My experience at Elliot Bay Meadows has been absolutely horrible. To start my significant other and I had to delay our move in date because the “renovations” were not finished. They moved our move in date 3 weeks later! Upon entering the apartment 3 weeks later it looked like no renovations ever took place. We filled out our form stating damages at move in but also requested some of them to be repaired immediately due to safety and health. The damages included: a leak in our air conditioning... unit causing our AC to work twice as hard, mold and water in our AC unit, very deep recessions in the flooring all over the apartment, leaks, water damage and mold under both our kitchen sink and our bathroom sink, mold in corners of ceilings, peeling in the bathtub, and faucet and handles coming out from the wall of our shower. The stairs and railing leading to our apartment are loose and the wood is cracking. As we had placed maintenance orders they continued to put bandaids over things like the mold under our sink, failed to fix the leak and now have yet to respond to our concerns. On top of all of the maintenance issues we also have contacted the leasing office multiple times about receiving our mail keys and after 2 months still have not received them and cant access our mail. We tried very hard to be patient but they have gone out of their way to suspend and cancel our maintenance orders while the problems have not been fixed. Our air conditioning continues to spike when the weather warms up leaving our apartment temp in the upper 80’s. We havent even been here for 3 months yet and we have had no resolution to any of the damages, the leasing office has been ignoring our requests that are honestly simple repairs. The treatment we have received has been absolutely disgusting and appalling, the lack of care for residents is absolutely ridiculous. DO NOT MOVE HERE they do not care about their residents request, well being, or money being spent on the apartments.

Update: Moved out and nothing was ever fixed. Sadly, you decide to comment on my review but fail to reply to over 30+ emails, phone calls, and I keep getting blown off or turned the other way when I visit in person. Absolutely ridiculous how you handle management. Read More

Moved in a few weeks ago. A couple small hiccups during that process, but overall its been great. Any issues with the process or the apartment have been corrected in a timely manner. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is convenient and property is well maintained.

I was scheduled to move in July 2022, they postponed my move in date twice. Fortunately I took a look at the complex. It's in terrible condition. Does not look like any of the pictures posted, they are heavily edited. Management is terrible. I beg you to live anywhere else besides here.
