Hidden Paradise
The property manager is so professional, knowledgeable, and kind! The maintenance staff is always on it, and if they cant fix it right there I am always updated on my work order status. The courtyard is secluded and gorgeous. Overall a great place to live!

RATS!!!
BEWARE!!!! RATS!!!!! I have a relative that resides in these apartments. There is a rat problem in the complex. Droppings are all over the unit and a dead rat was in a trap that my relative set. Holes were found in the roof which were patched but the problem persists. Other residents have complained too. Other than setting traps, nothing has been done to correct the problem. DISGUSTING!!!

Gorgeous Apartment Close To San Marco
I just moved into my apartment and I could not be happier! Kiana was great with helping me find the perfect apartment that fit all my needs. She was so pleasant to talk to on the phone and really listened to all of my wants and needs. My apartment was so clean when I moved in! It also over looks a beautiful courtyard that is so well maintained! Everything that I need is so close by and within walking distance! Thank you Kiana for helping me find my perfect new home!

Lakewood village
The office staff were extremely friendly and easy to work with ! I was able to meet maintenance as well and they made me feel very welcomed. It’s a really great location and I definitely enjoy the screen patios and kitchen the most. They are huge! Very happy with the move!
