Landings at Lake Gray

Warning to anyone booking long stays with this company.

I tried to book a 30-day stay and they charged my card immediately. Only after taking my money did they tell me the reservation required additional verification because it was over 30 days.

I completed the verification process exactly as requested… and they still denied the reservation.

Now my money is locked up for 10 days while I wait for the refund to process.

Charging a customer first and deciding later whether they’re approved is a... terrible business practice and creates a huge inconvenience for customers who may need those funds to book somewhere else.

I love living here St Landings at Lake Gray. It is a very comfortable place to live with great maintenance staff that comes quickly when requested. The office management personnel are very nice , friendly and helpful with any questions. The grounds are maintained weekly and professionally . It is private if desired or weekly food trucks and office welcomes for various special events. I’ve lived here for 11 years now and have never had any negative occurrences. Safe and comfortable. The apartment smelled like cigarettes and has roaches. The refrigerator was also dirty along with the tubs and floors. Had I known I was moving into a roach infested astray I wouldn’t have leased this place

My stay here been great, everybody is nice and everything is always nearby. When something needs done it’s done right away . The pool area is nice

I generally like living at this apartment complex and appreciate the community and environment. That said, the open pond is a concern for me, as it poses a potential safety risk due to the presence of alligators. Additional safety precautions or clearer protections around the pond would greatly improve my comfort as a resident.
