Lofts at LaVilla

Lived here for a few years and the old manager never returned my calls and never addressed the issues in my apartment for over a year!!! Once the new manager came, I told her about my year long issue and she got it fixed immediately.

The manager is really wonderful. She takes time out to make sure all your needs are met. I really do appreciate her and all the effort she put in.

I did my application in November, its is NOW January and I still have not got a answer. Iv called just about everyday since iv done my application and they lady gives me the same answer every time (that's is they answer the phone)they will tell me that everything looks fine and that it takes awhile to be approved OR tell me that my application is still processing and that they will give me a phone call latter that day to give me some news AND I never receive that phone call. They have never… called me and sadly iv talked to people that have moved in already and they say that you have to keep calling a bothering them to get some progress. I understand the building just opened and I'm sure everyone is trying to move in right now but there communication is terrible. To me its seems like they don't care. I am still waiting for a answer sadly because I thought theses apartment's were just perfect. If I'm still waiting in February I'm just going to give up playing this waiting game and find somewhere else. I'm happy I'm in no rush to move in because this would have been worst. I just think its unfair to take MY money and I have to keep calling and asking if everything is fine. I would think the company would keep you updated or at least call and apologize for the wait but again the company has YET to call me from November till now. Been living here since 1st day they opened, 3 weeks now, and STILL NOT getting our mail ..due to WHR Realty/management's callousness. They could care less.
