Tenants are very nice and respond fast to complaints. They have the best interest of the the people who live here. And they strongly encourage the cleanliness of the community and neighborhood.

North Beach on Kernan is a great place to live overall, but there are a few things that could definitely be improved. When you report a noisy neighbor, the office sends a standard reply asking for photos or videos as evidence. They thank you for submitting it, but there is never any follow up to see whether the issue was resolved. The trash area is another problem. There is only one trash site for the entire complex and it breaks down often, which makes it unusable at times.
The complex... itself is clean and usually quiet, although my upstairs neighbors bang on the floor at all hours and I can hear their shouting and arguments clearly. On the positive side, the community events are great and food trucks show up from time to time. The amenities are also wonderful. Overall, I would give the complex three stars.

I moved here two years ago and couldn’t be happier! I even convinced my family to join me because of the incredible amenities and the outstanding staff that make this community so special.
A big shoutout to Tanner—every single day, Tanner greets me with a genuine smile, gives Rome and Zeus some love, and takes a moment to ask how my morning is going. Those small gestures truly make this place feel like home!

Beautiful updated kitchen, glad I get to call this place home. I feel safe in this community. maintenance is on point ! Looking forward to enjoying the pool when the weather is better!

Communication was a little rough to start and the application phase was slower than anticipated, but once they explained what happened with losing employees, everything started to flow nice. So far we love our place, it's a nice neighborhood, and nice people. Glad to call NBOK home for now
