Not maintained and dirty
The one star is for the apartments themselves. The unit I am in is very nice, with lots of storage and moderately clean upon move-in. The parking here is a continuous nightmare. Instead of being resident-focused, it's money-grab-focused. They should have assigned one parking spot per apartment unit. Instead, it is open parking for everyone, unless you pay $40 a month for a reserved space near your building. If you pay for a spot, you are also responsible for calling the towing company if... someone parks in your spot (clearly marked reserved), which happens more often than not. The apartment community itself is very dirty and not well-maintained. People store trash and other items on the patio, which violates community policy. Enforcing community policy is apparently selective. The trash service they use here limits you to a specific bag size, two bags per night and no recycling. You burn through a lot of bags when there is no recycling. This could be a really nice place if they evict a few bad residents and start following their own lease and policies.
