It's not an illusion, it's THE OASIS AT SAN MARCO BABY !

I'm happy to come home to The Oasis at San Marco Apt Homes! My apt home is beautiful and spacious! The appliances are great! The pool and the landscaping is always well maintained and manicured! The clean laundry center is convenient! The property is in walking distance from stores and downtown! Right on the bus line! Jorge is the best technical maintenance manager in the whole world, he gets the best job done in a timely manner and always with kindness and patience! Queen Maria is our… outstanding skilled and knowledgeable professional! And I must say thank you to Alyssa for always being able to help, and her efforts are definitely appreciated always by our community!Atrium management is well represented! I feel safer knowing that there is security surveillance on property 24\7! Me and my family appreciate our house being our best home! Continued to be made positive and possible by all the above! Namaste!

This is an amazing place!!!

My family and I moved here to be closer to downtown where I work. The apartments are very nice and close in proximity to everything we need. This place is kept up very well with alot of green space. Our apartment was newly renovated with new appliances and remodeled kitchen. I would recommend this place

Easy process, very nice and helpful Manager

I was looking for an apartment in Jacksonville but I was living in other city far from here so I had to do all contacts and the moving process by internte and by phone. Pamela was very kind and friendly
and made the whole application process very easy. The apartment was ready on time and looks very clean. The neighbors are friendly, the place is nice and quiet and clean. The maintenance guy was promptly to help there when I needed to change a bulb and when I found an outlet that didn't work.…
By now I'm have no complains and very happy with my apartment.

Easy Process and Polite Management

Pamela made the whole transaction very smooth. I couldn’t have been more satisfied. I was looking at many places in the area and this one stuck out just based off her interaction over the phone the first time I called. The apartment looks great and is very clean!
