Since the sale of this place, the complex has steadily gone down hill. The management is unresponsive, maintainence is also unresponsive, and the office hours are erratic, at best. This went from being a fairly luxurious place to live to an over-priced waste of money.

The staff are professional they care about the residence it’s a very safe community the amenities are just beautiful it’s like you’re on vacation I’m very happy I just moved in and it’s very clean and the staff has been very helpful.

Absolutely LOVE living here! The apartments are all beautiful and well laid out with top notch finishes. The amenities are beautiful and events are so fun! The staff is INCREDIBLE! Taylor and Morgan are very responsive when I reach out and whenever I come into the leasing office they always have a smile on their faces. The maintenance team is fast with correcting any issues. This living experience is incredible! SUPER HAPPY! :) MOVE TO OCEAN BLUE! oh! It's also only 5 minutes from the beach and... right next to Hannah Park!
