Presidium Park has been a perfect fit for me as a young professional. The apartment finishes are modern and stylish, and the layout works great for both relaxing and working from home. The amenities — especially the gym and pool — are super well-maintained and make it easy to unwind after work. The location is ideal with quick access to everything in the Southside and Town Center area.

The apartments sell themselves, but the icing on the cake is the location and the staff! Right on the Southside of Jax in a great area. Close to the highways and the beach. Also have a great Town Center near for all your shopping needs. The staff is amazing and always happy to help. Not one bad experience with any of the staff. Stopped in today looking for an apartment for my daughter, her first time moving out. Impressed with the apartments as well as the amenities. Every aspect of this property appears pristine. It has an all around resort like feel with amenities that she feels she will use. Adrian, Kaysey and Phoebe made us feel welcome and offered professional and attentive service. All of our questions were answered in a professional manner. We can hardly wait for her to call Presidium home.
