Not recommend for anyone
One of the worst place seen in jacksonville poor management and staff, I lived there for two years and more then 5 office managers met and couldn't find out the responsible guy, at the end looking to keep your deposit and charge you.

The apartments are nice for the money, just hope you don't have to call the office for anything because they either won't be there, or they won't return your phone call.

Kristal has been a bright spot in a stressful time of relocating. She has always been friendly and cheerful and responds quickly to questions and requests. The apartments are old and could use some refreshing but are a decent place to live and meets our current needs.
