The ladies at the leasing office (Cindy, Emily, Jessica & Brenda) helped me every step of the way through my application and were super patient with me when it came to explaining the application process! I couldn't have asked for a better community to be a part of and it comes with a bonus of a brand new, never-been-lived-in apartment unit!!!! THANK YOUU!!!!!

THIS IS A BEAUTIFUL COMMUNITY!!! I love living here! Cindy helped me out so much- even through the tedious application process- the ladies at the office have a job I definitely couldn't do myself so I greatly commend them for that! 10/10 recommend :)

My application experience with Sydney Trace was HORRIBLE AND A COMPLETE WASTE OF MY TIME. Me and my brother paid $270 for a two bedroom in February 2021 when the property was still under construction. Less than a month before June 10th, I still have not heard from anyone regarding my application.
After several unanswered calls and voicemails I had to physically go to the office several times to ask for updates on my application and again... kept being told it’s “going through compliance”. After… four months of my application sitting on their desk, Cindy asked to provide six months of bank statements in addition to the last 8 weeks of paystubs that was already provided to verify our direct deposit/bank account. I then took the alternative route and had Navy Federal complete WRH’s bank verification form and also gave them a printout outlining my AVERAGE 9 MONTH BALANCE. The printout also included a statement stating that NFCU does NOT provide an average six month balance (Which at this point technically shouldn’t even matter if you already have two months of pay stubs showing my monthly income with the matching bank account information.
It is now June 6th and I am being told from Cindy (or the “compliance team” I should say) that there was a “kickback” and that they needed my average SIX month balance instead of NINE and that six months of bank statements are needed to process my application after I already expressed that i wasn’t providing if they had my paystubs and a bank verification form confirming my direct deposit.
I applied for this unit six months in advance to make my moving transition as smooth as possible. I REFUSE to provide six months of bank statements when they already have all of the necessary information including an official signed document from Navy Federal verifying my bank account and over 8 weeks of pay stubs
I am now forced to find somewhere else for me and my brother to live with less than a month left of my current lease due to Sydney Trace’s lack of communication and due diligence.
Being asked to provide bank statements despite having the necessary documentation seems like an invasion of privacy to me and could have been cut short if the staff was more transparent about their approval process.
If you plan on applying here please DO NOT make it your only option. This staff takes your money and uses delay tactics to process your application so they can stall refunding your deposit. Thanks for the time and energy wasted Sydney Trace! Read More

Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I called and wasn't put on hold forever. Property looks amazing! I can't wait for it to be fully completed.
