Maria was great and we loved the facility!

Maria was fantastic and super knowledgeable on all questioned asked during our tour. Wonderful amenities and lovely rooms we managed to see. Clean grounds and well maintained my management. Great customer service overall

DONT RENT HERE

This is hands down the worst apartment complex I’ve visited and lived out of. Huge roach infestation and they don’t care, pest control barely helps. Management will ignore you and be rude. Shingles and ceilings leaking due to old apartments. Caulking is already open and things constantly break in the apartment, including appliances. Fridge was constantly not working. The dryer doesn’t work and neither does the dishwasher. I’m pretty sure there is mold in the vents and it gets so humid in here.... They don’t take care of their lawn and it looks bad, with dog poop everywhere. Maintenance and staff litter on the lot. Packages frequently get stolen. Homeless people walking around loitering. Walls are very thin and you can smell and hear things from your neighbors. They raised the rent for renewal. For why I don’t know. They will fine you for random things just because they need the money. BEWARE

Good place to live, nice staff/maintenance.

The on site maintenance is good. They don’t waste time fixing things when they are broken. My AC went out and it was fixed in less than 2 days. ( they recharged the unit to get me by)
I wish they had a park for kids to play in.
Appliances feel outdated in my opinion. For a luxury style apartment it would be nice to have an icebox, better dishwasher and oven at least.
It’s in an area where everything is pretty close and convenient but it’s still a quiet neighborhood.
One thing that was cool is... usually every month or so they will have a party or food in the office for residents to grab, which I haven’t seen much places do. In July they had a DJ with music, food, some alcohol for adults. It was pretty cool!
I’m being nit-picky but the sidewalks are very dirty and need pressure-washed. There’s always evasive ducks around, so it gets dirty.
