Never
This has been a terrible experience living here. We have to wait way too long for anything to be fixed. Also on a nightly basis we have the smell of week coming into our apartment and the women in the office have 0 care in the world about it. They are extremely disrespectful when we have to call them with a concern. I would never recommend anyone lives here.

Non luxury apartment with luxury prices
Aside from late notices from management, swimming pool being constantly filled with debris, pest control never coming to service your place, stovetop breaks if you dont use it, dishwasher is just a dish rack that attracts pest, its okay. Its pretty quiet & crime free here.

Awesome Office Staff
We have been living here for 6 months now. Everything is always working, people are friendly and the staff is always on point!!! Pam is very nice and gets what we need done in a timely manner. I recommend this place if you want a quiet and peaceful place in the heart of Mandarin!

I love the layout of the apartments and the fact each unit has the entire section. This allows nice airflow if you decide to open the windows and patio door. Also the fact of two ways to exit.
