Zero billing transparency
I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Vinoy. Recently, my bill was increased with what appears to be a duplicate charge as electricity, trash and processing fees, and when I asked for clarification, I received no clear explanation. The lack of transparency in their billing practices is unacceptable.
As a renter, I expect honesty and accountability, but instead I was met with confusion and evasive responses. It feels like management is more interested in squeezing extra money out of… tenants than maintaining trust.
If you value clear communication and fair billing, I would strongly caution against renting here. The property itself may look nice, but the way they handle finances leaves tenants frustrated and mistrustful.Review from Apartments.com
