I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Vinoy. Recently, my bill was increased with what appears to be a duplicate charge as electricity, trash and processing fees, and when I asked for clarification, I received no clear explanation. The lack of transparency in their billing practices is unacceptable.

As a renter, I expect honesty and accountability, but instead I was met with confusion and evasive responses. It feels like management is more interested in squeezing extra money out of... tenants than maintaining trust.

Do not move here. New management has absolutely destroyed this what was once a wonderful place to live.

You should never have to feel like going home is the worst part of your day. Well, for me it is. The front office will not do a thing about disrespectful residents, regardless of the severity of the complaint. I have to put up with a resident revving his engine constantly in front of the building throughout the day and night. It got to the point where my girlfriend told him to stop and go out to the freeway if he wants to make noise. His response? He came right to our front door to pound on the... door and yell at her. That’s not how you handle things as an adult. And what did the office do when I told them? NOTHING. They never even bothered to talk to him to stop, given that he continues to do it.
