I just moved into my new apartment, and I couldn’t be happier! The view is absolutely stunning, the neighborhood is perfect, and the amenities make living here a breeze. I want to give a special shout-out to Isaiah and Nichole for making my move in process smooth and welcoming. They were incredibly helpful and attentive. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great place to live.

Realize that these nice photos don't give you the full picture, oh and the lagoon is not free. Make sure you see the apartment you are getting before even thinking of signing a lease, the apartment your agent will sell you will most often not be to their description. The buildings are very dull looking, the stairways are narrow, no elevators, not recommended for families that need alot of space. People are willing to pay to stop living here, all because of the new management. So once again,… don't sign the lease without coming here first and maybe talking with the people that live here, I will not recommend this to anyone. Read More

This place was nice until the new ownership took over. We fff it rat moved here it was full access to the lagoon which means we could go anytime, then after a few months it was 25 passes a day for the whole community. Now we just got word that they will be charging $25 per person a day . Family of four $100 . For an oversized pool that they said was free. It’s amazing sign the lease to move here now they take it away this was the only thing that attracted us .. buyer beware . Now charging us $5… for our mail service !! Keeps going . I wish I could leave a negative star rating. When I moved into this complex I had stars in my eyes, which unfortunately were lost quite quickly. In just under a year the amount of maintenance issues, construction issues (black mold), office customer service issues, amenity issues, and mail delivery issues are countless. I would not recommend this property to my worst enemy. The original property owner cut their losses and sold the property in just a year and that was the smartest move they could… have made. I am so disappointed in the amount of money I have wasted in rent living here. I received my lease renewal letter and they want to increase rent by an obscene amount when this property isn't even close to full occupancy.
I have even tried to contact Corporate with NO RESPONSE. I've never experienced anything like this place in my entire life. I cannot wait to get out! Read More
