How to put this. These type apartments are EVERYWHERE! I don't know if one company runs them all or if they just thought it was the best setup for the time back in the year I was born. Either way, They are kinda small (me being 6'1"). There are always places that are around them that are more up-to-date for a better monthly rent. Now I'm not saying they aren't nice. The walls are well insulated, so unless your neighbor is rocking out with a full live band in the apartment, the sound... shouldn't be a problem. Plenty of storage. Would just like to see them brought forward in time to at least the year 2000.
