Great neighborhood, only downside is no response from management, gates are always an issue and wish management would reach out more to people struggling financially to get help with rent.

I had a very disappointing experience with Heritage Bay, which is managed by Pride Rock Capital Management. Communication was extremely poor ��� I was promised important documents multiple times that never arrived when they were supposed to.
I made it very clear that I was moving several states away, had already given notice at my current home, and needed clear communication and a timely lease. Ashley reassured me that everything would be handled. But when the lease finally arrived, it was... missing critical details, and so many things were wrong that it would have needed to be rewritten completely. By that point, I had lost trust, because my requests had been repeatedly dismissed and the blame shifted onto a new employee instead of anyone taking accountability. Lastly, when I requested that my application fee be refunded, I received a response — but the question was not even addressed.
This kind of disorganization and lack of professionalism made me realize this was not the right place for me. I chose not to move forward, and I would caution others to be very careful not only with Heritage Bay but also with other properties managed by Pride Rock Capital Management.

I love living at Heritage Bay because it feels like home the moment I arrive. The community is friendly and welcoming, making it easy to connect with neighbors and feel part of something bigger. The landscaping is beautiful, with well-kept lawns, walking paths, and plenty of green spaces that make every day feel peaceful and relaxing. I also appreciate the convenient location, close to shopping, dining, and entertainment, which makes life easier and more enjoyable. The management team is... professional and attentive, always ready to help with any concerns, which gives me peace of mind. Safety and security are also priorities here, so I feel comfortable and secure. The unit is very cozy and all my neighbors have been extremely welcoming since I’ve moved in. I used the pool for the first time last weekend, and it was kept very clean.
