I absolutely love living here! The staff is incredibly attentive and responsive, making sure every maintenance request is handled promptly. The community is quiet, clean, and very safe, which was a top priority for me. The location is perfect, and I feel truly comfortable and at home. Highly recommend this place! I love this community but, lately the maintenance has been not where it should be. The front gate is now always open allowing anyone in without security. It is pitched black in front of my apartment when I get home because the street lights are not on, and I have been tickets on this for weeks and no communication or lights. The pool is always a disgusting disarray with scum visible on rocks and edge of the pool, pool chairs have holes in them or are completely broken and can not be sit on. When... they "spray" for monthly bugs, they just spray a corner and walk away, I need to put tickets in monthly, otherwise I get bugs because they don't do a thorough job. Fire ant hills are everywhere on the property, and maintenance tickets were placed! As a added bonus you still have to pay full rent!

We love living here the staff is amazing and very attentive to all residents needs. The grounds are kept wonderful each and every maintenance person says hello when they pass by. When the girls are showing prospective new residents they always say hello and no each and every persons name…

I’ve lived here for quite some time I’ve moved to four different building due to needing an extra room or less space etc. however the parking has become an issue people parking in the center of the lot cause they can’t find a parking spot. Why take down license plates and car makes and color and who owns what vehicle if anyone can come and park anywhere. Some apartments have three or four cars . Why can’t we have assigned parking spots and a visitors parking area for each section?.
Also we have... people with dogs off leash and these people let the dogs run free poo anywhere and everywhere and don’t pick up after them. After 9 pm you see them walking around while the dogs run free .
Also have neighbors who smoke all day on the balcony and are dragging the door open all day and night loudly and it’s rude.
