4 out of 5 stars...do not like access process to my garage, i.e I have to carry my opener with me at all times. Previously, at the Preserves at Vero Beach, the opener remained in my car. There was a box mounted on the outside wall - all i had to do is enter my code to open the door.Upon leaving I pressed the CLOSE button

It’s been a great place to live. It’s quiet, clean, and the staff communicate very well. I actually just signed another lease to stay longer.

The apartment is very unclean. Lot of broken stuff. The washer and the dryer are very old and not working properly. I am missing a whole fridge rack. There are not lights in the rooms. The bathroom venting system is very very loud. I would rate this room 1/5 due to it’s convenient location

The maintenance is awesome they fixed my ac unit . They always adress my concerns right away . It’s a nice place to live . The Gardeners keep it clean and very wee maintained and the staff is friendly .
