Heritage Bay Apartamentos

I’ve been a resident in my apartment complex for 5 months and overall, it’s been a place I’ve called home. The community is pretty quiet and the location is convenient for work and daily errands. I try to be a respectful and responsible neighbor, always keeping my space clean and following the rules. While there have been a few minor issues here and there, I’ve made an effort to communicate and handle things the right way. It is a quiet place to live, surrounded by nature and with quick access to several shops and markets. The administrative staff is very friendly.

I just wanted to say how happy I am to be living in this community. The people here in Jensen Beach have been incredibly kind, respectful, and welcoming. It truly feels like a special place to live! ????

My daughter and I just moved into a two bedroom two bath totally refurbished apartment. Absolutely gorgeous new cabinets new countertops new floors beautiful two bedroom two bath apartment with a real cool balcony screened in. Leasing staff was very accommodating and easy to work with. The apartment corporation makes it reasonably priced to move in. For myself I love that the Jensen Beach high school is right next to the apartment complex. No need for buses or parental transportation. The kids... walk to school because it's less than a half a block from the apartment complex. I also think it's important to mention there are so many stores, restaurants and the Mall with a movie theater all within walking distance of the apartment complex. Lee mas

Great location. It is a quick walk for my son to Jensen Beach High School. Nicely managed property. The grounds and apartments are nicely maintained.Very attentive staff.
