How Is This Rating Determined?

10/22/21

Rented there two separate times

I lived on the ninth floor and the view was uncreditable. Good Things to know are:
Never leave your slider open and then leave the apartment. The wind pressure is so strong you can't get in the front door. I would leave the window unlocked at all times in case I forget to close the slider in order to get in.
Always pay FPL a contract to come change all your electrical outlet every six months. The ocean air will corrode them and will begin to impact your internet services.
The ocean tide...
changes every 24 hours and you need to adjust to be able to sleep. It will take about three week and you will be fine. Remember, I rented the place two separate times so I had to love it.
No matter how high you live in the building, you have to accept some signs of sand will get into your apartment.
You have a parking space and it will happen someone will park in it that they shouldn't and it's upsetting and best to call management.
The ocean sand will eat at the paint o your car over time, so if not parking under the building best to get it washed more frequently.
Winter times maybe might be a dozen people in the entire building. I use to walk floor to floor creating my own home security for the people and they appreciated it.
Juno Beach has the best Police Depart and more police cars than the population of Juno Beach requires. I always felt save in Juno Beach and would love to move there again.
The owners use to tell me I was so lucky renting rather than owning because there were always so many HOA one time cost for building maintenance like repairing the balconies every five years.
That's all I can think of and hopefully helpful to others.
Hurricanes; you can have a very bad experience holding windows and even that very heavy slider that did bend inward into the apartment.
