REVIEW What a dissipointment! We loved the one bedroom & it was ground floor. We began the application process with Deslyn. Shen was a great help filling out the oaper work & explained we had to be apprived by Playa Apts & the county. We didn't kniw why but we dud everything she asked us ti do. Eventually she told us we were aporived by Playa but not the county. We sent here our full tax return & 6 months back if checking accts. We never did know we were applying for low income housing. Kater... we did see an app mixed in wuth the other papers when we printed them out but she had filled in the 1st page & we didn't fill in the rest. She finally told us we had not been accepted by the county on miving day. We pulled out & she told us no refund. We never knew why we were applying to Monroe Cty. What a horrible, harrowing experience. We feel deceived by Deslyn
