The only issues that we have had was with the appliances not being checked prior to moving in (washer and dryer having a smell, microwave having roaches in it). We also have had major roach problems throughout the apartment

Convenient location, friendly neighbors, amazing staff! Our family feels safe and comfortable in our new home. Parking lot us also well lit at night.

Very kind staff. Quiet community. Clean apartment and beautiful pool area. The only reason it's not 5 stars is the dirty hallways, step, elevator. Please power wash the common hallway.

Although this is a beautiful complex, the lack of community rule enforcement creates a dirty, loud, and unsafe place to live. People in the pool until early hours of the morning, homeless community living in the mangroves, and trash EVERYWHERE. Not to mention, rent was raised mid lease with no improvements to the community. It's extremely upsetting to see what this complex has turned into since I was one of the first to move in 2 years ago. Security should be hired, rules should be enforced, and... 10 people living in a 1 bedroom apartment should be evicted. Read More

Littering is a problem. People don’t know how to dispose of their garbage in the dumpster. The landscape is being destroyed by the chickens people are feeding them. The gate.security needs more cameras vehicles are in here that shouldn’t be. But it is a Good place to live apartments are quiet and nice.
