Very kind staff. Quiet community. Clean apartment and beautiful pool area. The only reason it's not 5 stars is the dirty hallways, step, elevator. Please power wash the common hallway.

Although this is a beautiful complex, the lack of community rule enforcement creates a dirty, loud, and unsafe place to live. People in the pool until early hours of the morning, homeless community living in the mangroves, and trash EVERYWHERE. Not to mention, rent was raised mid lease with no improvements to the community. It's extremely upsetting to see what this complex has turned into since I was one of the first to move in 2 years ago. Littering is a problem. People don’t know how to dispose of their garbage in the dumpster. The landscape is being destroyed by the chickens people are feeding them. The gate.security needs more cameras vehicles are in here that shouldn’t be. But it is a Good place to live apartments are quiet and nice.

Quiet neighborhood! Love that it’s gated! Everyone in the front office was extremely helpful and made the process super smooth! Apartment is just what I needed!

Maintenance is quick to respond. I wish residents would clean up after themselves in hallways and elevators. Don’t understand the chicken bones all over the property.
