There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. The home is self-catering, and supplies are not refilled during your stay. Check-out time is 10 AM. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors, being considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 PM and before 8 AM, and keeping excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind or firearms on property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Please take out the trash and dispose properly per instructions upon departure. Report damages immediately.
