Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM. This is a non-smoking property, and pets are not allowed. Events are not permitted. Guests are responsible for purchasing propane for the BBQ grill if needed. Please note that propane is not included. There is absolutely no smoking or drug use allowed inside the home or on the property. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited. Please wipe shoes at the door and it is preferred that shoes be removed indoors. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors by being considerate with outdoor socializing after 10 PM and before 8 AM, and keeping excessive noise to a minimum. After it rains, small bugs may wash off the screen and into the pool, and the pool may appear slightly discolored. No fireworks or firearms are allowed on the property unless kept locked in a vehicle. Guests must take out the trash and dispose of it properly upon departure. Damages must be reported immediately.
