Reunion Resort is a luxury gated community with a 25 MPH speed limit and 24-hour security. Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed inside the home or on the property. Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. This is a self-catering home; initial supplies of toiletries and cleaning products are provided. Guests are responsible for reporting damages immediately. Violations of house rules may result in termination of the reservation without refund and/or monetary fines. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited within the community and are not eligible for parking passes.
