Propane for the grill is provided by the guests, and the tank may not be full upon arrival. A refundable security deposit of $500 will be authorized as a hold on your credit card prior to arrival. Up to two cars may park side-by-side in the driveway; parking on the grass, alongside streets parallel to another vehicle, or commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors by being considerate with outdoor socializing after 10pm and before 8am, and keeping excessive noise to a minimum during this time. After it rains, small bugs may wash into the pool, and the pool may appear slightly discolored. No fireworks of any kind or firearms on property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Please take out the trash and dispose properly per instructions upon departure. Report damages immediately. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules.
