There is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed inside the home or on the property. Events are not allowed. Guests are asked to respect the neighborhood and neighbors, being considerate with outdoor socializing after 10 pm and before 8 am, and keeping excessive noise to a minimum during this time. After it rains, a few small bugs may wash into the pool, and the pool may appear slightly discolored. No fireworks of any kind or firearms on property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Guests are required to present an RFID card to access community amenities, which costs $15 each and has an expiration date of 3 days. This RFID card only grants access to the community amenities listed and does not provide access to Reunion's water park. Guests must drive the 25 MPH speed limit at all times and watch for golf carts. Guests are responsible for filling the propane tank for the grill. The home is not baby-proofed. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules. Guests are asked to wipe shoes at the door and it is preferred that shoes are removed indoors when possible.
