There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Guests are responsible for purchasing propane if needed for the grill. Guests are required to notify the host and receive approval for pets, specifying breed and weight, and a pet fee is applied. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. The home is not baby-proofed. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Up to two cars may park side-to-side in the driveway in front of the garage; please do not park on the street. Guests are asked to wipe shoes at the door and it is preferred that shoes be removed indoors. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors, being considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am, and keeping excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind or firearms on property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Please take out the trash and dispose properly per instructions upon departure. Report damages immediately.
