A camera is located by the front door for safety and privacy. Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise. No fireworks or firearms are allowed on the property.
