Please note that in sunny Florida, humidity and bugs are a natural and common occurrence. The property is professionally sprayed for pests. Florida summers can be very hot; please keep the temperature at or above 70°F to prevent the A/C unit from freezing, as a fine of up to $500 may be incurred if set lower. Propane for the grill is usually provided by guests; a propane tank is available in the house to be refilled. There is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The maximum occupancy is 14 guests. No third-party bookings are allowed unless agreed upon in writing. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight. The number of vehicles on the property should not exceed two per reservation, with up to two cars allowed to park in the driveway. It is preferred that shoes be removed indoors. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors by being considerate with outdoor socializing after 10 pm and before 8 am, and keeping excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks or firearms are allowed on the property. Please take out the trash and dispose of it properly upon departure. Report any damages immediately. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules.
