Florida summers can be hot, so please keep the temperature at or above 70°F to prevent the AC unit from freezing, or you may incur a fine of up to $500. Grills are propane grills, and propane is usually provided by guests; a propane tank is available in the house to be refilled. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The number of vehicles on the property should not exceed two per reservation, with up to two cars allowed to park in the driveway. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors by being considerate with outdoor socializing after 10 pm and before 8 am, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks or firearms are allowed on the property. Please take out the trash and dispose of it properly upon departure. Damages should be reported immediately.
