A damage protection option is required for all reservations. For reservations of 2 nights or more, guests may choose between a $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at $100). For 1-night reservations, a $500 refundable security deposit is required. The number of vehicles on the property should not exceed two per reservation, with up to one car allowed to park in the designated area. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors, keeping excessive noise to a minimum during quiet hours. No fireworks or firearms are allowed on the property.
